Burlington - Fed-Ex Sorting Facility Remodel

Project Overview

The entire lateral bracing system for the west elevation was reconfigured  to allow for roll up doors at each bay, rather than just two doors.  The FEDEX sign is located on the new brace frame that adds stability in the remodeled condition.  The roof was also analyzed and further stabilzed for wind uplift due to the potential for internal pressure increase due to wind blowing directly into open doors all along the west elevation.
