Bellingham C Street Terminal Redevelopment

Project Overview

Topographic Survey, Civil design, and permitting for the reconstruction of approximately 700 linear feet of C Street, and redevelopment of about 1.5 acres of shipping terminal, for the Port of Bellingham. Project included multi-consultant management, shoreline permit, multiple DOE funding sources, stormwater treatment, industrial roadway reconfiguration, 96” CSO capacity analysis and replacement feasibility, 12” waterline replacement, crane pad, temporary barge ramp, and coordination with two separate and concurrent DOE funded cleanup projects.
