Everson - Mission Road Improvements

Project Overview

Detailed preliminary engineering analysis, topographic mapping, design, bidding, inspection and construction phase administration services, for the Mission Road improvements between Robinson Road and Chestnut Street, and from Chestnut Street to SELCO Lumber Co. Project included 3,300 feet of road reconstruction with new curb, gutter and sidewalks.  Stormwater treatment included infiltration basins and bioinfiltration swales.  Projects received federal funding and Transportation Improvement Board (TIB) funding.

The boundary and Right-of-Way determination for this project involved numerous historic conveyances of railroad property, and numerous territorial-era highways.
