Project Overview

Facility Plan, design, construction phase services of a wastewater treatment plant upgrade.  The upgraded facility consists of an extended aeration plant with sludge digestion, dewatering and disinfection.  The effluent is discharged through rapid infiltration basin.

Mattawa Wastewater Treatment and Collection

The project also included Small Town Environment Program's (STEP) community labor and volunteers and use of prison labor.
