Institutional Development

Wilson Engineering provides a full range of engineering services for institutions, and works closely with other project team members to ensure every project is a success.

Institutional projects are typically led by an architect and may include educational facilities, hospitals, museums, sports fields, and similar facilities. Wilson Engineering provides a full range of engineering services for institutions including master planning, surveying, civil engineering design, contract document preparation and bidding, value engineering, construction administration, and construction observation. Specific services include holistic stormwater management, fire flow engineering, utility services design, design of efficient parking, pedestrian and bike facilities, access roads, permit applications, and construction quality assurance.  We work closely with the client's facilities manager, the architect, landscape architect, and other project team members to make each project a success.
