Civil design including utilities for two new spray parks at Cornwall and Fairhaven Parks in Bellingham.

Bellingham - Depot Market Square

Surveying, design and construction services for site redevelopment from a parking lot into indoor/outdoor community marketplace.

Skagit County - Rasar State Park

Civil engineering and surveying for new state park on the Skagit River including campsite layout, trails, utilities, and asphalt roads. Follow-on project added picnic shelters, rustic cabins, utilities, trails and asphalt roads to existing informal group camp.
